Having trouble getting your GigSky eSIM online? Follow the steps below for your device.
iPhone and iPad
Go to Settings → Cellular or Settings → Mobile Data.
Make sure your GigSky eSIM is turned on and selected for mobile data.
Turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching.
Turn on Data Roaming for your GigSky line.
Check that the APN is set to gigsky.
Turn off Wi-Fi and try opening a website in your browser.
If you're still offline, toggle Airplane Mode or restart your device.
Samsung Galaxy
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
Make sure your GigSky eSIM is enabled.
Select GigSky as your mobile-data SIM.
Go to Settings → Connections → Data usage and make sure Mobile data is turned on.
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile networks and turn on Data roaming.
Open Access Point Names and make sure the GigSky APN (gigsky) is selected.
If needed, restart your phone and test the connection again.
Google Pixel
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
Select your GigSky eSIM.
Make sure Use SIM, Mobile data, and Roaming are turned on.
Open Access Point Names and confirm the APN is set to gigsky.
Turn off Wi-Fi and try opening a website.
If you're still having trouble, toggle Airplane Mode or restart your phone.
Good to know
Your GigSky eSIM should be enabled and selected for mobile data.
Data Roaming must be turned on for the GigSky eSIM when using GigSky abroad.
The APN should be entered as gigsky in lowercase.
Device menus can vary slightly depending on your device model and software version.
When testing your GigSky connection, turn Wi-Fi off so you can confirm you're using mobile data.
