Having trouble getting mobile data to work? Your APN (Access Point Name) tells your device how to connect to the GigSky mobile data network.
Follow the instructions for your device below.
iPhone
Go to Settings → Cellular or Settings → Mobile Data.
Select your GigSky eSIM.
Make sure Turn On This Line is enabled.
Tap Cellular Data Network.
Make sure the APN is set to gigsky.
iPad
Go to Settings → Cellular Data.
Under Cellular Plans, tap GigSky.
Open APN Settings.
Enter gigsky as the APN.
Important: Enter gigsky in lowercase, without quotation marks or spaces.
Samsung Galaxy
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names.
Select the GigSky APN if it appears.
If you don't see it, select Add.
Enter:
Name: GigSky
APN: gigsky
Save the APN and make sure the new GigSky APN is selected.
Google Pixel and other Android phones
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → GigSky.
Open Access Point Names.
Select the GigSky APN, or create a new one if needed.
Enter:
Name: GigSky
APN: gigsky
Save the APN and make sure it is selected.
Good to know
The GigSky APN should always be entered as gigsky in lowercase.
Don't add spaces or quotation marks to the APN.
Menu names can vary slightly depending on your device model and software version.
