Get your GigSky eSIM ready before your trip so you can connect when you arrive.
Before you leave
Check your device: Make sure it supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
Download the GigSky app: Sign in or create your GigSky account.
Choose your plan: Select and purchase a plan that covers your destination.
Install your eSIM: Install your GigSky eSIM while connected to reliable Wi-Fi.
Keep the eSIM turned off: If your plan covers your current location, keep your GigSky eSIM turned off until you're ready to use it.
When you arrive
Select GigSky as your mobile-data line.
Turn on Data Roaming for the GigSky eSIM.
Make sure the APN is set to gigsky.
Turn off mobile-data switching to help prevent your home SIM from using roaming data.
Important
Don't delete your GigSky eSIM after installation. If you need help with your eSIM or plan, contact GigSky Support.
