Your available benefits depend on your Visa card and eligibility.
How do I check if my Visa card is eligible?
Open the GigSky app and tap Visa Benefits.
Enter your eligible Visa card details to complete the verification. If your card qualifies, you'll see the benefits available to you.
How much complimentary data do I receive?
The amount of complimentary data depends on your eligible Visa card.
After verifying your card in the GigSky app, you'll see the plans and benefits available to you.
Do I receive discounts on other GigSky plans?
Yes. Eligible Visa cardholders may receive discounts of up to 30%, depending on their Visa card.
Your discount is automatically applied at checkout—no promo code is required.
Can I add more data to my complimentary Visa plan?
No. Complimentary Visa plans cannot be topped up.
If you're eligible for another Visa benefit, you can redeem it. Otherwise, you can purchase a separate GigSky plan.
Can I redeem my Visa Benefit before I travel?
Yes. We recommend redeeming your benefit and installing your eSIM before you travel so you're ready to connect when you arrive at your destination.
Will redeeming my Visa Benefit activate my plan immediately?
No. Your complimentary Visa plan activates when your device first connects to a supported network in an eligible destination, according to the terms of your plan.
Can I use more than one Visa card?
Yes. You can add multiple eligible Visa cards to your GigSky account.
Each eligible card may unlock its own available benefits.
Does the Visa Benefit work on cruise ships?
No. Complimentary Visa plans do not include Cruise, Inflight, or Offshore connectivity.
However, eligible Visa discounts can be applied toward the purchase of GigSky Cruise plans.
Does my Visa discount expire?
Your Visa discount remains available as long as your Visa card continues to be eligible for the GigSky Visa Benefit.
Where can I use my complimentary Visa plan?
Your complimentary plan can be used in eligible destinations included with your redeemed benefit.

Can I transfer my Visa Benefit to another device?
Complimentary Visa benefits cannot be transferred after they have been redeemed.
If you're redeeming a new benefit and want to use it on a different device, select New Device during the redemption process and install the eSIM on that device.
What happens when my complimentary plan ends?
Once your complimentary plan expires or your data is used, you can:
Redeem another available Visa benefit (if eligible), or
Purchase a new GigSky plan.
Can I receive a refund?
If you experience an issue with your complimentary Visa plan, please contact GigSky Support.
We'll review your request and work with you to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may restore or reverse your Visa benefit.
