Installing your GigSky eSIM is quick and easy. You can install it directly on the device you're using or install it on another compatible device.
Before you start
Make sure the device you want to install the eSIM on:
Is unlocked
Supports eSIM
Is connected to Wi-Fi
Install your eSIM on this device
If you want to install the eSIM on the device you're currently using:
Open the GigSky app and go to My Plans.
Select the plan you want to use.
Tap Install eSIM.
Select Install on this device.
Add a device label to help you identify it.
Tap Install Now.
Follow the on-screen instructions to download, install, and activate your eSIM.
Install your eSIM on a different device
If you want to install the eSIM on another compatible device:
Open the GigSky app and go to My Plans.
Select the plan you want to use.
Tap Install eSIM.
Select Different device.
Choose the type of device you want to install the eSIM on.
Add a device label to help you identify it.
You'll receive a QR code and activation code for the eSIM.
On the other device, use the QR code or activation code to install and activate the eSIM.
Need help?
Keep the device connected to Wi-Fi during installation. If you have trouble installing your eSIM, make sure the device is unlocked and supports eSIM.
