Deleted your GigSky eSIM? We’ve got you covered.
You normally shouldn’t delete your GigSky eSIM after a trip. You only need one GigSky eSIM, and it’s reusable across GigSky plans and destinations, including countries, cruises, and ferries.
If you deleted it by mistake or needed to remove it, you can download a replacement directly from the GigSky app.
Get a new eSIM
Open the GigSky app and go to My Plans.
On your active plan, tap Get new eSIM.
Select the reason your original eSIM was deleted, then tap Submit.
You'll be taken back to My Plans. Tap Install eSIM.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Good to know
Keep your GigSky eSIM installed after your trip. You can reuse the same eSIM for your future GigSky plans, so there’s no need to install a new one each time you travel.
You can request a replacement eSIM up to two times using this method.
