Before you begin
Make sure you're using the latest version of the GigSky app.
Check your Visa card details
Confirm that:
Your Visa card number was entered correctly.
Your Visa card is still valid and has not expired.
Your card is eligible for the GigSky Visa Benefit.
If you're unsure whether your card qualifies, contact your Visa card issuer.
Re-add your Visa card
If you previously added your card without completing the Visa eligibility check, your benefits may not be linked correctly.
To fix this:
Remove the Visa card from your GigSky account.
Add the card again through the Visa Benefits section.
Complete the eligibility verification.
