Most GigSky travel data plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. The only plans that automatically renew are monthly eSIM subscriptions, such as GigSky One.
When your prepaid plan expires or you use all your data, you can simply purchase another plan. You can add it to your existing GigSky eSIM, so there’s no need to install a new eSIM.
Purchase a new plan
Open the GigSky app and sign in.
Search for your destination, region, or cruise.
Choose the plan that works best for your trip.
During checkout, select the GigSky eSIM you want to use.
Review your order and complete your purchase.
Your new plan will automatically be added to the GigSky eSIM you selected.
Good to know
You don't need to install a new eSIM every time you purchase a plan.
You can continue using your existing GigSky eSIM for future GigSky plans.
If you have more than one eSIM installed, make sure you select the correct GigSky eSIM during checkout.
