Keeping an eye on your data usage can help you avoid running out of data in the middle of your trip. You can check how much data you have left and when your plan expires at any time in the GigSky app.
GigSky notifies you when you've used 80% of your data, and can decide whether you need more.
Check your usage
Open the GigSky app and sign in.
Tap My Plans.
Select the plan you'd like to view.
Your remaining data and plan expiration date will be displayed.
This screen shows:
Your remaining data balance
Your plan's expiration date
Your plan status
Running low on data?
Turn on GigSky notifications to receive alerts when you're running low on data.
If your plan supports top-ups, you'll also see the option to purchase additional data directly from the app.
Good to know
Data usage may take a few moments to update after you use your service.
Your remaining balance is displayed in the GigSky app whenever your device has an internet connection.
Some plans support top-ups, while others require the purchase of a new plan once your data has been used.

If you've used all your data, you may be able to:
Purchase a top-up (if available for your plan), or
Buy a new GigSky plan.
