GigSky Credit is credit added to your GigSky account that you can use toward eligible GigSky purchases. Think of it as money already available in your account for your next plan.
How can I get GigSky Credit?
You may receive GigSky Credit in a few ways:
As part of a refund: In some cases, GigSky may offer you the option to receive your refund as GigSky Credit.
From a gift card or promo code: When you redeem an eligible GigSky gift card or promotional code, the credit is added to your account.
Why choose GigSky Credit for a refund?
If you choose GigSky Credit when it's offered as a refund option, you can use it immediately toward your next eligible purchase.
A refund to your credit or debit card may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. With GigSky Credit, there's no need to wait, you can use it for your next eligible purchase right away or save it for a future trip.
How do I use my GigSky Credit?
You don't need to enter a code or apply your credit manually.
Just sign in to the GigSky account where your credit was issued. When you make an eligible purchase, your available GigSky Credit will be automatically applied at checkout.
If your credit doesn't cover the full purchase, you simply pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.
Does GigSky Credit expire?
No. Your GigSky Credit does not expire, so you can use it now or save it for a future trip.
Can I transfer my GigSky Credit to someone else?
No. Your GigSky Credit is linked to your GigSky account and can't be transferred to another person or account.
Can I exchange GigSky Credit for cash?
No. GigSky Credit can't be redeemed for cash or converted into a refund to your credit or debit card.
Where can I see my GigSky Credit balance?
Sign in to your GigSky account in the GigSky app or on the GigSky website to see how much GigSky Credit you have available.
You can easily check your balance in the GigSky app:
Open the GigSky app.
Tap the circle with your initials in the top-right corner.
Your available GigSky Credit balance will appear at the top.
Can I use GigSky Credit for any plan?
You can use GigSky Credit toward eligible GigSky data plan purchases.
If a purchase isn't eligible for GigSky Credit, you'll see this during checkout.
I can't find my GigSky Credit. What should I do?
If you can't see your GigSky Credit or think your balance is incorrect, contact GigSky Support. We'll help you check your account and find out what happened.
