Protect your primary SIM from unexpected charges
If you keep your regular SIM active while traveling, your home carrier may charge you for roaming data.
To help avoid unexpected charges:
Keep GigSky selected as your mobile-data line.
Turn off data switching so your phone doesn't automatically switch to your primary SIM for data.
Consider turning off Data Roaming on your primary SIM.
Keep your primary SIM enabled only if you need to receive calls or SMS on your usual number.
Good to know
Data Roaming should be enabled on your GigSky eSIM when using GigSky abroad.
Your phone may use slightly different menu names depending on the device model and software version.
To avoid roaming charges from your home carrier, make sure GigSky is selected for mobile data.
